Non esiste un modo semplice per scoprire quanto si deve sulla bolletta telefonica, basta continuare a versare pagamenti - aspettando perché non vengono accreditati immediatamente (a quanto pare possono volerci fino a otto ore!) - finché non si riesce a saldare il debito. Gli importi a credito sono, per qualche motivo, contrassegnati in rosso, il che implica che sono in debito. Saldare quanto si deve è letteralmente impossibile, si possono effettuare solo pagamenti fissi di 5, 10, 15 euro ecc. Nessuna di queste cifre arrotondate sembra corrispondere ai prezzi effettivi dei piani telefonici Windtre. Non sembra esserci un modo per scoprire l'importo preciso di quanto si deve pagare. Anche nel menu delle bollette, che è nascosto in un sottomenu, non c'è una chiara indicazione dell'importo totale effettivamente dovuto. Addebiti misteriosi come "Costo gettone anticipo traffico" compaiono dal nulla, ma cliccando sul pulsante informativo non si scopre nulla di ciò che l'utente avrebbe dovuto fare per ricevere la fattura. Nel complesso, l'app sembra orientata a promuovere nuovi servizi ai clienti esistenti piuttosto che a fornire informazioni chiare sui prodotti che stanno già pagando, o almeno che stanno cercando di pagare. ### 5/5 — Ottima app WINDTRE *2025-07-14, version 9.12.0* Sempre disponibili anche il negozio . It’s the most important part, so this is really concerning. What I don’t understand is that the mobile carrier charges for network connectivity. We had to wait for over an hour for them to even bother to activate the cards. The cards worked for literally an hour. I was trying to login to this app with the number they gave us. It didn’t work. Scammers!! Try again later" error message? It must be, but WindTre hasn't figured out how. Some updates of the app allow it to work for awhile, but then a new update comes along and we get more crashes and error messages. A major telecom company that can't write a decent app isn't a good look.
