The comprehensive agents’ reviews of each wine help in making educated selections based on your palate and interests. Most of the wine we’ve tried we have enjoyed and have repeated purchase when they become available. As for the app/web would like to have the capability of rating the wines I have purchased for future reference even if the information is for my consumption only. My full case order arrived today and it excels as a weekday red. Spoiled from now…! If I see it again, might have to back up the truck!! Full bodied with fruit on the front end and to my surprise, lasting finish without the “Paso pepper”. From the cool Locker feature that allows me to put different bottles into a case to the wide variety of excellent deals they offer, I love using this app. If you ever have a problem their customer support team is the absolute best in the business. Thanks Wine Spies! ### 3/5 — Reds generally good, whites are often past their “Best By” dates. *2025-04-10, version 1.6.6* Most of the reds I’ve bought, all Cabernets, have been good. Usually vintages several years back but holding up well and ready to drink. For whites, shame on me for not checking vintages carefully, but even a quality Chardonnay after seven years is sub prime. 2018 Patz and Hall purchased in 2025 has lost all structure and is a barely drinkable mess. ### 5/5 — Great job *2025-01-28, version 1.6.1* Had a problem with two bottles that were damaged in delivery. Have tried to reach someone with no luck. Requested to have a case shipped from my locker. Paid for ice packs. Order was packed, according to their website on the 20th of February. It is now February 25th and UPS still has no tracking info or any information on where the shipment is. First went to Dallas then Fy Worth Tx then to Oklahoma City then to Commerice City CO then to Aurora Co now maybe out for delivery This is 8 days after shipment and you charged me for ice packs why would this help my wine shipment for 8 or more days?
