App stopped working with new update

I work in a winery in Virginia and we use this to check people out. Using the iPad app, if I am creating a new member the keyboard area vanishes and I can’t scroll to the top because there is a gray box where the keyboard was. If you add a new item for sale, it is exceedingly difficult to get it to show up in a users app version.
