I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it and it still won’t work. Hopefully they fix this soon! **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, Sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing. Thanks, WINFamily. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-01-22, version 9.0.0* I was really looking forward to using this app. My experience has been that it doesn’t work. There are alot of glitches and alot of the content doesn’t load when you open the app. I did read all of the reviews that pretty much complained of the same thing. I was hoping they were addressed, unfortunately they were not. ### 2/5 — Can’t open the app *2023-09-01, version 7.0.1* It’s been several weeks that the app crashes se comes after I open it. I have an IPhone 11 and it it updated to the latest version. And yes I have restarted my device. I get a text that says a prescription is ready and to go to companion app for details. There is nothing in the app that gives me any information. Treatment status is blank and other sections crash. Made it simple to connect with a care manager in a timely manner while also being able to view the fertility tracker. ### 1/5 — App crashing on PHI Form *2022-02-25, version 6.4.4* I got a text that WIN received my prescriptions and to check the app. I cannot get to the PHI page to take action on my prescriptions or view any of my information, the app crashes every time I click it. I’ve tried reinstalling and nothing works. It’s very frustrating and there’s no web app experience to use instead. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-01-22, version 6.4.4* Whenever I try to go to my PHI Page it just crashes . And the web based portal just stays stuck on the agreement and doesn’t let me navigate to anything else . Different “pages” within the app keep crashing and the app completely closes out on me while trying to use it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Couldn’t even make an account! *2026-05-19, version 16.5* Pretty bad app with apparently zero QC. (1) I created an account (?) with email and saved password (which was very challenging as prompt required multiple amendments to default Apple 16 character password, and prompt did not state what the issues were (I eventually took out the - dashes, which aren’t allowed even though special characters are required)). (2) I continued and entered my address in, where it asked for state, town, street address, then zip. Note this is a Faustian order unrecognizable to the American mind, and also to the Apple autofill system. (3) Now I am prompted to enter employer code. Ok great that’s in this pdf over here, lemme check. Ok got it. Now it’s asking if I want to let me open with Face ok sure. Ok now it says login. Enter email and password. Password not correct. Ok Change password. Email not recognized. 🙄🙄🙄 ### 1/5 — Horrible App! *2024-05-31, version 10.4* This app is horrible. Nothing loads. There also doesn’t appear to be a website for me to use instead so I guess I’ll never find out what my benefits are unless I call! They are good about uploading my prior authorization status, but that’s about it! ### 1/5 — App *2024-02-19, version 9.1.0* New app does not work. It hasn’t since they switched over. If you go to ‘Find Care’ then select ‘Find a reproductive endocrinologist near you’ the next screen shows Health insurance providers like BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare etc but I cannot click and select one. The website has a find care near you but no option to filter by provider. iOS version 17.2.1 iPhone 12 pro ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-01-24, version 9.0.0* I used to use this for tracking but now it’s useless as nothing actually appears on the screen. The only page that seems to work is the account page. ### 1/5 — Can’t get past sign up *2024-01-24, version 9.0.0* App says there’s an error when trying to sign up. It then says there’s an error with forgot password so nothing works. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-10-08, version 7.0.1* App crashes when making an account or signing in. There is a general public free version and then a version you have access to based on what your employer offers. They have made a lot of fixes and upgrades. If you have Win Fertility benefits, I would say that you have to get this app - it’s so helpful! If you don’t, you still should try out this app. There are a lot of features that can help you anyway, like fertility tracking and up-to-date evidence-based practices. So, I do have Win benefits. I used this app to connect to my primary nurse with the company. I’ll start by saying that my Win nurse called me to provide support and guidance frequently. The only time that I needed to reach out about a medication issue, it was really easy to get in touch with her and the team, through the app. ### 5/5 — All of the details right at my fingertips! *2022-03-22, version 6.5.2* I love how I can see all of my authorizations and prescriptions as well as engage with my nurse so easily with this app. It really takes away a lot of the stress associated with fertility treatment. ### 5/5 — Great app. Easy to use *2022-03-16, version 6.5.2* Very clear and easy to use.
