Terrible customer service, called to try and report and sat there talking to the bot putting in numbers in the keypad when it asked for a solid 15 minutes just for it to tell me nobody’s there to answer me. To clarify, we do not offer weekly subscription plans in the app. If you’re seeing a charge, it may be coming from an active iOS subscription, which is managed directly through Apple.
