Now it’s almost completely pointless to care about it, $60 of purchases gets you a fountain drink it used to actually feel worth it. I’ve had well over $1000 purchase points over time and actually cared about getting my rewards, but now it’s a joke of a point system! I had used a coupon so the total was like 50 cents. Staff was apologetic and asked if I wanted to re order but I had no time since I was on my lunch break. Staff have lots of excuses, but this is happening so often I don’t see how you stay in business ### 1/5 — Worst loyalty app in existence *2024-04-21* I don't know if they had a team of brain damaged monkeys program this thing, or if they just bribed one of their geriatric bar flys with a free Bud Light to cobble this app together, but it is trash, a waste of memory. It rarely works as intended, it doesn't redeem receipts properly, it's a pain to claim your rewards, the whole thing is a frustrating waste of time.
