There are rewards and offers I can’t take advantage of because the app won’t let me place orders. I deleted the app, re downloaded and still nothing. I tried it on my husbands phone and same thing. I call the stores to place phone orders and inform them of what’s going on and they say they can’t help. What’s the point of having special offers or rewards if the store can’t honor them and the app is horrible ? One of the main reasons I substitute for the fries is because the inconsistency portions of the veges you get and it’s just been less and less portions. For some unknown reason, when I just placed an order, it automatically put the order in for the location at the town over which is a 20 minute drive. I live .8 miles away from our town’s Wingstop, why would I be ordering it from the town over? My location settings are on as well. They removed the feature that forces you to specifically select your store location before you start building your order. Because of this UI change, I’ve now mistakenly placed my order at the wrong Wingstop location two times in a row. There's nothing worse than showing up to pick up your food only to realize the app sent it to a store across town. Wingstop developers: please fix this! Bring back the "select store before ordering" step so customers stop wasting money and time on accidental orders.
