Попросила вернуть денежные средства, так как в моем городе нет данного сервиса. После чего они уверяют, что отправили мне деньги и просят доказать скринами моих транзакций с карты, что деньги мне не поступили, то есть все мои доходы и расходы ежедневные я должна им отправить за текущий месяц. Я впервые в жизни вижу такой бред. Конечно же тысячу скринов я скидывать не буду , и получается подарила им свои деньги. Вам стоит поучиться клиентоориентированности и сервису.

App work with bugs. Promo codes did not work. They charge you without any logic. Support did not try to help you at all. Use Jet instead of it.

The app charged almost double what it should have for a 30 minute ride, the app stutters or logs you out so many times that it made me wanna throw my phone (keep in mind it is still charging you for time while the app is bugging out and preventing you from ending the ride)
