The driver never showed up and I haven’t gotten a response back from support after 3 days when asking for a refund. My girlfriend ended up just calling an Uber black for less money. ### 1/5 — No Drivers Available *2025-12-27, version 5.32.72* First time trying to use this service, 5 hours after booking I get a notification that no drivers are available, my booking has been cancelled, and I have to wait over a week for a refund. I emailed tech support 2x but no response. I finally had to cancel the booking. The app presents a screen which looks like a browser window because it even includes a link to download the app. Dum.
