Used Mr Bondi (that’s the lawyer who owns this app) and lost both times. 1st he pawned it off to some low level hack who didn’t even try to win the case. 2nd time no lawyer showed up at all and it was an automatic loss. They keep postponing dates, and I never even got a chance to talk to the lawyer they assigned me. They claim to “fight for your ticket,” yet they don’t know any details about what actually happened. Everyone’s situation is different when it comes to tickets, but this app treats everyone the same. I’m not using this app again—it took $300 just to “hire” them. I saw many comets about them. No-one showed up on mu court date and automatically was guilty. They never contacted me to let me know what happened. I called the 5 times just to be told that I was guilty and got hung up on. They basically took the money and ran. I could have said my money by pleading guilty and just paying the fee. The entire time I’ve been on this platform they have gotten 1 favorable judgment. The tickets are red light (1-2) and the rest are parking tickets. I submitted my parking ticket through the app, and they were able to successfully fight it for me. The process was simple and convenient, and I liked being able to keep track of everything directly through the app. I ended up saving $57.50, so I’m definitely happy I gave it a try.
