I was liking it before made it super easy to order refills. ### 1/5 — Yuck! *2021-04-29, version 7.3.801* This has got to be one of the worst apps I’ve had. The new update doesn’t even open. The other versions you can’t see all your prescriptions especially if the pharmacy has them on hold because your physician sent you new refills before your others expire. So now you don’t know when you can actually re order the RX. And that first of the month auto recorder makes it more confusing when I get those auto phone calls from WinnDixie. Not great when you have chronic illnesses such as seizures etc. ### 2/5 — Barely ok app *2021-03-28, version 7.2.300* Trying to add family member to my account is not possible. Terrible unnecessary steps to add spouse, especially if no cellphone. Worthless ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-03-22, version 7.2.300* Keeps telling me it doesn’t recognize my user/password combo but if I try to create a new account it tells me I already have one with my email. When I try ‘forgot password’ it tells me it doesn’t recognize the email. When I try to submit feedback in the app, it gives me an error. Went to the desktop site and was able to log in. ### 4/5 — It’s okay, but changes need to be made. *2020-04-16, version 7.2.300* The app is okay, but it could be improved. One thing that needs to be fixed is the pharmacy section once you sign in, it’s not letting you pick your local store. The above was my review before they updated it and I gave this app 3 stars. Now that they have made some changes I think this app deserves 4. So buggy, now I can’t even login into it. Can’t do anything on this. Insurance copay and deductible total, amt paid, total paid toward deductible. Especially for Medicare patients, total deductible, how much left before donut hole. Ability to upload insurance card. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get registered *2023-02-25* When you go and search for your local store I have entered the store zip and then tried the city. Each time it says “we could not find any stores based on what you typed”. So yeah, this is an app fail. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-01-06, version 7.4.1001* Extremely poorly written. I try to log into the pharmacy app, but it tells me my password is incorrect I ask it to reset the password, but it tells me I don’t have an account I try to set up a new account, but it tells me I already have an account An aside: I designed and built computer systems for federal and state governments for many years. In addition, they misspelled my first name on my first prescription ### 1/5 — Bad *2022-10-17, version 7.4.1001* Cannot sign on to account. Keeps sayin session expired but when I sign on it gives the same message. It does not show even half my doctors or medications. It shows medicine I’m not on. I tried and then had 3 other people try to figure out this terrible website and app. It has this stupid virtual assistant PIA.
