No manuals, no RV specific tutorials and/or useful information. It’s so comically bad that if Winnebago sees this review I would suggest you fire your entire app team. How hard is it to upload manuals and O&M’s and synced them with the users RV? How does a company this big produce something so laughably bad. Good thing the last update let me tie my phone number to my account…. ### 1/5 — Impossible to sign into app *2023-11-14* Changed password many times and get all the verifications of success and still errors out upon login attempt. Little usable information when I was able to use the app several months ago. Wish this was made known before going through the trouble of setting up an account :( ### 1/5 — Brand New Vista NP *2023-05-13, version 1.0.5* And my new rig is not even listed in the app. Needed key information because the printed manual is missing so many pages. It recognized the correct model but there is only 7-8 videos available as tutorials and NONE of them relate to functions in our RV. ### 1/5 — W app is worthless *2025-04-08* W put the wrong year in when creating an account. Took forever to delete and enter the right year. Then, showed the wrong model for a table video. The checklists are just plain juvenile. The overall experience is intuitive and the how-to videos and maintenance checklists are great for keeping up with simple tasks. Hopefully you are adding more manuals and videos. At this point it’s pretty useless to us. ### 3/5 — Work in progress? *2023-04-18* I just downloaded the app and noticed some issues. Not certain how to contact the app developer. Some simple things noted so far include 1)an owner and vehicle information section that contains no data, 2)may be unable to view some data in vehicle certification section as the last viewable line is half obscured and there might be more content. 3)There are references to other sections in the manual, but there are no hyperlinks to these sections and there is no index to get to them. Example: “See “Battery Boost Switch” in Section 3 - Driving Your Motorhome).” Where is section 3? How do I get there? It looks like the app has some potential but it needs to be polished. ### 3/5 — Had high hopes but… meh *2022-11-21* This could be a good resource if it had more content. Would be nice to have model specific manuals available without having to go to the Winnebago website. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t Have My RV *2022-07-26, version 1.0.2* The app didn’t recognize my VIN. I manually put in model but didn’t have my year. 2015 Via. I code 2016 to be close and it sent me to another model not a Via. Not much use to me.
