I requested information from nearly 10 different facilities and nobody sent me a singly email or message via this app. It’s been over a month with multiple request and not a single reply. ### 5/5 — Love to see this app grow ! *2020-09-03, version 3.18* Winnie is getting better each time I check in. But many of the suggestions have misinformation (e.g., mislabeled category, business closed, incorrect address). You’d think a user could easily update the info, but it has to go through some review on their end. I live in a small town and I found the information inadequate. I could easily find the same info with a Google search. Being able to pick my own topics is great, I have a toddler and don’t want to see questions and other posts about babies or older children. Customization is great in any facet! I use Winnie to find new fun places to take my tot, and I love to share that info using Winnie also. App does not list and show reviews of the childcare facilities. This is visible and easily accessible on the website, but with the app, the general info is listed but NOT the reviews by other parents/guardians. PLEASE FIX!! I was looking for more like an event calendar first of all, for kids events throughout the city on top of that when I searched for parks with water features and splash pads and centers for kids they didn’t even have a list of what I already knows exists. She had been at a daycare but wasn’t doing well there. We had looked for quite a while to find a new set up and Zea has been a dream. She is kind, attentive, responsive, responsible, and our daughter is thriving in her care. She sleeps like a champ, eats well, and Zea is great with making changes as needed. She is experienced and you can tell. We wanted an environment where she would be loved on, paid attention to, played with, and got outside. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. This has taken a huge stress off our backs to know our daughter is well cared for and loved when at work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking. -K.
