Coach Smith’s Winning Edge development app is an excellent tool for athletes everywhere who are looking to build their leadership skills, mental game as well as their skill set for life outside of sports. The lessons in these courses are not only applicable for sports, but in all aspects of life. As a former Division 1 beach volleyball player, I can confidently say that the skills in Coach Smith’s app and book are crucial skills that all athletes need to learn.
