Would be nice to have the app all encompassing  so we could open our phone and use it to ride transit. A true e card pass.

This service is so unreliable. Waiting for the 38 which is well on its way to me according to GPS. Then all of a sudden it disappears off the map, and any other schedules! Had to wait another half an hour! And yet that bus was another 5 minutes late. This system can go to hell.
