## What is WINNSTORM?

WINNSTORM is a field workflow for commercial roof inspection teams. It guides inspectors through the eight-step Winn Methodology while preserving the evidence and professional judgment behind each job.

FIELD WORKFLOW
• Create and organize commercial properties.
• Follow eight ordered steps: weather verification, thermal imaging, terrestrial walk, test squares, soft metals, moisture testing, core samples, and report assembly.
• Capture photos, voice notes, observations, measurements, and optional precise location metadata.
• Keep working through intermittent connectivity with owner-bound evidence queues and ordered synchronization.

STORMY DECISION SUPPORT
Ask Stormy questions by text, photo, or voice while working. Typed and photo-assisted decisions separate observations from inferences, disclose uncertainty and missing evidence, preserve the original response, and support qualified human review.

REPORTS AND INTEGRITY
Generate Winn Reports from completed inspection records, inspect artifact-integrity status, and share approved documents through iOS.

Winnstorm supports documentation and professional judgment. It does not replace a qualified inspection, engineering evaluation, safety procedure, or insurance coverage determination.

An account provided by a Winnstorm organization is required.
