WinReady is a new way to get around Winchester. We’re a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and reliable. With a few taps, book a ride in the app (for now or later) and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way. HOW IT WORKS: - Easily discover and navigate multiple types of transit in your community! - Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. - You will be given an estimated time when the vehicle will arrive upon booking your trip and on which nearby block you should meet your driver. The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app. SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one. RELIABLE: Track your ride as the driver is on their way to you, and while you’re in the vehicle too. OUR VEHICLES: WinReady is wheelchair accessible! The business was a 40 minute walk from my house, and the next winready wasn’t coming for another 40 minutes. So I went on the bus that was literally parked across the street, and the winready HQ started screaming at me that I should have scheduled first before getting on the bus and that it was my fault they had to move things around?? And they misgendered me a bunch. Sorry I wanted to ride on the bus literally parked across the street and not wait 40 minutes?? ### 1/5 — Very inconvenient *2025-08-15* I scheduled my ride 2 days in advance to make sure I would be able to make my Dr appointment in time but my pickup time kept getting pushed back to the point that I would be late for my appointment and had to cancel.
