Zelle being added would be a good featuree 💯🙏🏽 ### 1/5 — Go back to the old app *2026-02-05* This newest update is bad! Can’t see my pending transaction anymore. Some of the posted transactions aren’t showing up till days after they should. And right now it says my paycheck is in my account, but doesn’t show it as poster of pending. ### 1/5 — App Update *2026-01-22* The latest app update is frustrating! I’m not able to see all of my transactions in the app. Some pending and posted deposits, debits and transfers do not appear in either checking or savings and my balance is not showing correctly. I do not like guessing about what has posted and how much money I have available. The website claims they have a mobile check deposit feature but if they do I’ve yet to find it. I’ve never had a problem with any other bank I’ve used when it comes to mobile check deposits. It’s always an easy and convenient feature but not with WinSouth.. I will definitely be closing my account when I leave the job that still gives me a physical paycheck. WinSouth seems to have security at mind with the option of having your phone in the same location for card transactions etc. The only thing they need and it is disappointing is no external transactions and no member to member transfer ability.
