But understandable with the games being made by different companies. My husband would love to play, but he still gets the invalid email issue and can’t sign up. Please fix! (Not app specific, but Winstar overall specific) Sounds on my iPhone also play while it is off of silent. I’d love to not have to turn my ringer on to be able to hear the sounds, if that makes sense. ### 2/5 — roulette s stuck, not able to bet all numbers 0,1,2,3 & Poor customer service. *2021-12-24, version 2.4* App falls short: ETable roulette numbers stuck… not able to bet all numbers 0,1,2,3 And multiple other numbers. Poor customer service, especially related to mobile use… I’ve spent more than $500 and I feel cheated. However for the ones that do load the graphics and sound on the games are pretty good. The wheel that you get to spin every 4 hours for free coins however is definitely more for show then anything. The amount of coins u receive isn’t really helpful when it comes to playing 98% of the eGames. ### 2/5 — Winstar game app *2021-10-20, version 2.4* I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have nothing else to do. Every 4hours you might collect enough coins to play with for 5 spins at best. If the timer is correct??? Which it is not! I love the real casino and all the benefits that come with going irl. The application on the other hand is lacking so much. I play all the Vegas application and can at least get something for my time, but for the world’s largest casino to put out this application is sad. I would definitely recommend it at the real casino! The brisket at the buffet is awesome and the pay outs are pretty good in my experience. My wife and I go about 2 times a month. While I do not see the issues with the developer, nor the app. I see the issues with a specific game host(Konami). Though I have test to play some of the other game hosts aside from the slot e-game, so far they are the only ones with this lack of concept. Also, the background audio shouldn’t be such a short loop. Why not double the audio loop? Considering, they have the means to, & they could easily just take the recorded audio from one busy night at the actual casino, & run 2 mins of that on a loop. It would give a more realistic vibe. Lastly, I think they should strongly consider converting this into a VR optional game! With that you could place your phone in the VR & have a real like experience into the casino. I thought if I purchased coins my odds would be better. Nope, same thing. It is like they only want you to keep buying coins. The bonus spin never goes over 400 coins. Mainly stays at 200 coins. But by paying real money to this game to not get the same return. They don’t have a whole lot of free coin options and each level you gain doesn’t provide xtra coins for more play time. Originally gave this 1 star upgraded to 3 then 4 back down to 1 star. Tournaments used to be ok at 500 coins can’t play any now they start at 20,000 coins!Games are loading faster took more coins away again on daily dropped by 1500 I think they get it right then they take away again. Trying to save up enough coins to play may take days. Hard to play with the few free coins were given. I will spend money at a real casino. The excitement faded quickly when I saw how little the game does if you don’t pay for tokens. The other game you are able to get tokens easily. The games are cool but you gotta buy chips to play. And the bonus wheel gives up to 1000 in free chips or below. And it would be nice to actually earn rewards towards actual casino. And can’t use my mail to sign back up because it says it is already being used. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fraud, and I’m a real Winstar casino patron *2023-04-07* As a long time player at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma it saddens me that they would allow their name to be used with such a scam as this app. Most casino apps take your money after a few games, not these greedy saps, they steal your money from the first time you spin the wheels. It’s almost laughable because they make the other shady casino games almost look honest. Sorry Winstar, from now on I will only gamble at the other tribes casinos, that’s your payback for ripping off a good customer. ### 1/5 — September ‘22 iPad app upgrade is horrible *2022-10-15, version 3.0.1* I have been a user of both the Winstar app and website for years. I dislike the design of the new app so much that I deleted it in the first 5 minutes. Not only does it lock use to the long side of the screen (which makes a full sized tablet hard to hold) , it appears all Keno games have been deleted. Since Keno is one of the reasons I play Winstar, I hope this isn’t a trend that will follow to the web version. If it is, that will be the end of my long relationship. You ruined a good app design for no reason. Hope you change back to the old version, or it’s goodbye for me. ### 1/5 — Tight *2022-09-27, version 3.0.1* This is a fun game, but not real money! I can’t understand why most of the games have such a high minimum and your wheel for bonus money is so tight. I literally hit 100 almost every time. Playing this game does not entice me to drive to the casino. I would think you would want to give online players a chance to really feel like they are winning and doing well so they will come in person and spend real money. I know you can pay to play online too, but the games are just too tight. The developers should seriously consider scrapping this model and instead use a Play-to-Win model by including the rewards as prizes that players can win by playing the the slots. I’d be more inclined to pay for coins, if I could actually win casino rewards and/or points to my account vs. paying outright 20x or more above market price of the prize rewarded. ### 1/5 — No updates??? *2020-07-08, version 2.4* This game is about ridiculous!!! I have been playing it and spent money on in app purchases(way too much money)for at least 2 years now and you guys can’t even update the app for over 7 months now. Free coins average 600 to 1000 a DAY and there are not any slots you can play for less than $400 to $2500+ PER SPIN, so You might get to spin once every other day. There are so many other good realistic casino sites that are a lot better than that! This site freezes up all the time and response rate is SLoW compared to others. I’m assuming this game is developed by the same people who run the real Winstar Casino. Even the most novice of developers need to understand that you have to get potential players hooked so they will buy credits. You get players hooked by giving them big and numerous wins at first, then slowly decrease their wins. I downloaded this app and within 5 minutes had depleted my bankroll. Will I buy credits? No! The games are like those in real casinos....which is nice....but this is an online casino.....so don’t says the odds are the same as those in real casinos....because in REAL CASINOS you can win REAL MONEY! I'm also level 36 in side bar. It's 1 xp per 50 spent, so I've won/lost 15,447,900 and currently have 434,646. 1. Your not ever going to win more than 5K on the fortune wheel. I've tried even using a 4 hour timeer and collecting four to six times a day for over two months. Rarely do you get more than anything over 500. 2. I've been down to nothing and slowly built up to over 700K. However, I've never won a large jackpot on any of the games. Most was about 100K on a 800 bet. Now, I typcially bet less than 1K or the base bet on most occassions, as I played to go up in level. 3. Real rewards - I got one and only one in the last 4 months and that was a discount on a meal in a restaurant at the Casino. 4. This app is more about you spending money to buy coins. They charge a lot for those coins too. Better to just spend your money at the casino. Summary - yes it's a fun distraction. However, don't epect to win any large amounts in the game. Do NOT spend money on it.
