i have problems with this app on every single visit. doesn’t matter if i have wifi or 4 bars of 5g data. takes forever loading, has problems checking in AND out, and also takes forever to submit svrs. even though i keep my app updated, it still has issues every visit with svrs. the calendar also takes forever to load.

UX and UI is slow and runs poorly with years of patches. Tech team doesn’t update when notified of glitches and access problems.

This app is horrible to use. It crashes all the time. Has literally shut down my entire phone at times. Updates have only made it worse. The calendar is glitchy. Not a fan and I have to use it daily.

I have to use this app for work and it doesn’t help that it crashes every two seconds! I was just in the middle of doing my SVR when it crashed and closed not once, but TWICE! Like, come on now. The other day it crashed when I was typing out what I did for that day and it didn’t save! I had to rewrite everything!

Updating my review: it seems the issue was I simply needed to uninstall & reinstall the app. I haven’t had any issues since then. Also getting an updated phone helped. The calendar is still not as user friendly as I’d like but overall it has improved with time!
