Actively worse than previous
Useless app, no clear reason it was made at all when the previous app and equipment worked near perfectly. This app regularly needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work properly. Even when working, one must still constantly go forward and back within the app to get its basic functions to do what they are intended to.

A complete downgrade
The old wintouch has more features and is far easier to use as a technician, but the newer Radwins require this software. No option to trouble shoot, half the time I can’t make a new install out in the field. Required logins just to use the app.
If you are going to launch an entirely new app that is mandatory to use with your hardware, at least make it have all the same features as the old app instead of stripping it to the bone.

Useless and full of bugs
Besides having multiple issues creating the account to be able to log in and use this app. I found it very distressing that my old app that worked so well was disabled and not working with the newer equipment. I was forced to download the new version on an install sight to try and set equipment up. Just to find out that the new app was full of bugs and had no tools actively working in it. Nothing that’s shown in the App Store works on this app. Please do not force upgrades if the bugs are not properly removed and tools proven to be working. This disables techs in the field. Thank god we have been able to use the web interface to get jobs done.
Please note I am a big fan of the products and previous app but this current forced upgraded is useless at best and left techs struggling. Please fix the issues asap or let us go back to the older version that worked.
