Please fix. ### 4/5 — End of day balance *2025-09-28, version 6.1.38* My stars are 4.5 Anyway, I’m reviewing to request that the app developers can implement end of day balance on the screen that shows each days deductions and deposits. Like a foothold for each day while we scroll and review. We see the date, but don’t know what the balance was at that point. Does that make sense? I hope, I tried. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Stupidest banking app ever *2025-04-29, version 6.1.21* I hate using this app. My mom insists on putting money in an account she opened for me with this bank, and every time I need to use the money that’s in there I have to go in person to take it out because this app is so horrible. I’ve tried to connect it to the bank account I actually use so many times but when I try to transfer with bank account information, it asks me to verify micro deposits that are NEVER SENT. Then, if I try to transfer through log in information, It sends a log in code and verifies my number over and over again then times out. The developers have made it impossible to transfer to another bank. ### 1/5 — Fix it or I’m done *2025-04-28, version 6.1.21* Way too many times now I’ve tried to transfer money between my accounts, send money, or make a withdraw, just to be hit with an error telling me Aj update is required when there is literally no update in the App Store. I work night shifts, and I need my account to be available at all times at night so I can go about my day yet too many times I haven’t been able to eat lunch because your app doesn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous. ### 2/5 — Deposit checks doesn’t work anymore *2025-03-17, version 6.1.21* Ever since the most recent update, it will no longer accept deposits because it always says That there is no endorsement when clearly there is an endorsement on the back of the check. It used to work perfectly. I can no longer go back to a certain date to see what my balance was at that time. I can see individual transactions, but not the balance on that particular date in the past. Issues regularly occur and although they get addressed, it takes more time than it should. He always have nothing but a warm very warm greeting for me, for this is not so computer savvy lady here and there are a couple of others that treat me with such respect. I know it’s everyone they treat well but I feel so special coming in there. Maybe I’m the oldest person that come in there.lol lol and maybe not I work at a grocery store and it happened to see a lady with her debit card with her and I noticed that it was a Townbank debit card. I said hey sister and she said hey I said I bank with Town Bank myself you know just making small talk ,She said oh I love them , I think I may know this young man’s name, but I don’t want to say it wrong, but I’ll say this if you ever find out who he is, please tell him that Denise want to give him the best review ever actually the bank itself in Marquette University student union those guys are awesome.
