### 2/5 — I would have gotten my script by now if I had just gone to the urgent care in town

I did my order on a Saturday at noon expecting to get my prescription filled at least by Sunday but now it’s Monday. This only works if you know you’ll be able to get your medicine at a reasonable time so I had to suffer for an extra day! If I had gone to the urgent care in town, I would’ve had my script by now.

I’m impressed! I submitted my test results at 1:30 pm on a Sunday and had my prescription meds in hand by 4:30 pm! Total costs- $10 for the test, $29 for the review of my test results and prescription, and $4 for my prescription, $12 if I didn't have insurance. Total $43 or $51 if I didn’t have insurance. I would chose this route anytime over scheduling a doctors appointment or showing up to an urgent care clinic!

Tested positive for mild UTI. Result submitted to provider through the App and my prescription was written in less than an hour. I opted for Amazon same day delivery pharmacy and paid $8 for my antibiotic. This is definitely convenient and cheaper than CVS Minute Clinic or any urgent care! Also it is very important to check your junk text. You will receive a text or email confirmation that will send you to a link to confirm your prescription. I think a lot of people assume that someone will be reaching out to them. This is not the case. Anyway, great product!

This app requires you to scan the barcode on the box every time you test. Very inconvenient. There should be a way to bypass this step

paid for the telehealth provider to review my results and over the estimated time i was given and i still haven’t received any updates. would advise you to seek care from a reputable provider rather than them. it seems convenient but it’s really a waste of time and money🫤

Made an acct yesterday. I think I would know my password. Either way made a new one to log in but there is always an error message that pops up so I can’t even go in to check on what o need to do next. Stupid app honestly. Customer support is lacking. In please with company so far.

The app requires creation of a detailed profile with your full name, phone number, etc. even if you just want to see the results of your test. I’d understand if this information was needed if chose to send your results to a healthcare provider, but the app makes you fill this information in to even simply use the test scanner. This is very invasive and unnecessary.

Purchased the at home UTI test from Winx health. Took the test and was positive for a UTI and decided to pay for the provider review because it seemed easy and like a good deal. Received a text message saying I would hear back within 3 business hours. It has now been a week and I still haven’t heard back. I emailed a couple of times during this period and requested a refund. Was told that I can’t receive a refund because the provider review has already been completed, though I still have yet to receive any information or email from the “provider”. 

TLDR: save your money, this app and company gives scam energy, don’t waste your time waiting on “provider review” and seek out a different company/source.

Went through the ap and test fine, clinician supposed to get to you in 3 hours, nothing , 6 hours later nothing, 8 hours later nothing, next business day nothing, customer service is the worst, they have zero solutions but to put it through escalation, Then i request a refund , no email confirmation of that! At midnight a customer rep emails me saying im sorry ill look into it , still resolved nothing, still no clinician has reached out! still havent received the promised service an entire day later. this product should not be on the shelves ! FRAUDS !
