This app let me upload money and then has been down for maintenance for months and won’t respond to my emails anymore and kept my money!

It will no longer let me open this app. I played it for a long time. I really liked it. But since December, it will not even let me in it says it’s down for maintenance.
Mixed Feelings
I Thought the app was great when I first started playing , but now I don’t know whether to vouch and say it’s a amazing app or to tell anyone that’s looking into using the app to pass and look into other options… I say this because according to the apps help center, due to “Maintenance, the app is currently under construction/development and will be back online and running shortly” but this message has been posted for about 2 months now ! No other updates have been posted , my funds are not accessible! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE BY FAR ! As of right now my advice is to bypass even downloading the app and if already installed, withdraw all funds as soon as the app does return to being functioning available !

Game stop working
I have $25 in my account. I have 1400 diamonds why did the GameStop working? It’s been saying I’ve been having maintenance repair is going on three months. And I can’t cash out login or anything so how do I get my money who do I need to call or email??????

I deposited money into the game and sure enough the app crashed and has been down for several months and they won’t refund my money !!!
Scam
I read somewhere where the developers of this app are being investigated for money, laundering or something along those lines. I wanna say they were from India or something. I just forfeited my money and deleted the app, I don’t think it will be up and running again
App not working
Im so frustrated with this app. The day I submitted a withdrawal. The next day the app is under maintenance. This app has still not been fixed and I still haven’t received my withdrawal payment that I requested on 12/2/25 and was told will receive by 12/15/25. It is now 1/17/26 and still no payment and still app is down. I believe that this app needs to be in a class action lawsuit.
