I have played the games without any hacking or cheating, however, suddenly it still shows “your mania account has been temporarily blocked”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the same device with the same number, now it is showing “connect your device to the internet.” It is connected to the internet and all other apps are running quite smoothly. Please look into this. And it will be great if the app has a support or assistance section where these types of issues can be reported. The “report disput” section on transaction history is very specific for transaction related problems only, the problem that I am facing is not transaction related. It would be nice if there is a support section where general problems with the app could be reported.
