I have contacted customer support numerous times with no response whatsoever. I have over $100 in redemptions pending. If they at least responded saying they were working on a glitch I wouldn’t even be posting a review but there is no response at all. Before the past month I would have posted 5 stars because it was reliable. Now I’d give it a 2 ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-06-17, version 2.16* Wont let me log in anymore. They ask for your ID and never let you log in again. This app is very sketchy and clearly wants your information. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP PLEASE ### 1/5 — Unresponsive when changing settings *2022-05-30, version 2.16* Tried to turn sounds off so I could relax while listening to a podcast and play. After setting my preferences it refused to save and I am hit with loud annoying sounds while I’m trying to listen to other things. Deleted the game because of this.
