Non riesco a far registrare altri utenti.continui messaggi di errore

Fino a quando l’app non viene chiusa dal tasto esci tutto funziona perfettamente ma se per caso usi il tasto esci non potrai più rientrare non riconosce più mail e password.
Ho tentato di restare la password ma niente ho cercato di creare un’altro account ma non melo fa creare mi sa tanto che li dovrò sostituire con un’altro prodotto.

Utenti che si sono registrati in passato 
E che WiOpen app rimasta logged in con la chiave riescono ancora ad aprire 

Ma se logged off , non riescono più ad entrare ed aprire porta 

Come non si possono più aggiungere utenti e/o chiavi temporanee

Per piacere risolvete !!!

app mal tradotta dal cinese. alcuni messaggi non tradotti o tradotti male. lettura del card number non funziona. per aprire la porta bisogna necessariamente avere l’app aperta, non è facile regolare la prossimità e in ogni caso non funziona a telefono in blocco schermo (forse è un problema di autorizzazioni ios). Non sono riuscito a memorizzare le card (comprate originali isnatch). Libretto Istruzioni veramente riduttivo, per i collegamenti di una serratura 12vca ho dovuto cercare nei forum! Insomma non vale il prezzo pagato.
