Can’t switch videos to landscape orientation. This NEEDS to be fixed. Also, once you’re in the support centre you can’t actually navigate back to the app. Once you’re there in you can’t even submit a request, hence why I’m writing a review here. Decent app, but I would only use it as a last resort until some bugs are fixed. LOVE the desktop version though! ### 1/5 — Better in browser *2018-02-12, version 1.1.5* Loving Wipster...but the supporting app is immature, clunky and limited. There appears to be no full screen mode (turning device has no effect) The stats related to the video seem be only retrievable in browser. You don’t get any iOS notifications about views or approvals. Cannot seem to delete files or folders - or rename. Forgets login and pass too easily - no Touch or Face unlocks. Better to make a Safari bookmark and review things that way. Too bad. ### 1/5 — Login issues *2017-08-16* I can sign in fine to the website but the mobile app won't let me in. It's just stuck on the login page. ### 2/5 — Need to spend time on your mobile app *2017-08-14* Time to focus some effort on this app. Doesn't keep me logged in, no way to use finger ID and forget about of using it in landscape mode without flipping it to portrait mode first. ... and about a half dozen other little gotchas. Wipster on a browser is fantastic. Also website does not work on this phone. ### 1/5 — Stop signing me out *2021-02-15, version 1.2.2* The app doesn’t keep me signed in. I use a password manager so it’s a drag to have to go through the process of getting the password every time I just want to check in on a job while I’m away from the PC. That combined with the fact I can’t show work in landscape makes me what to abandon this platform entirely. ### 1/5 — Seek Alternatives *2020-12-01, version 1.2.2* This app is unusable, the mobile browser version of their service is unusable & the desktop version has regular breakdowns that can go days without a fix. Mostly leaving a review to boost the ratings. My work uses Wipster constantly, so it's nice to have a portable app. ### 5/5 — A great addition to my workflow *2023-08-07, version 2.0.3* Loving the ability to upload directly from my mobile, then share video assets with stakeholders, and easily reconcile all suggestions. I recorded a few notes from my desktop, hoping to play them from my mobile. But there is no audio. It’s difficult to advance between annotations if you have a lot of green dots on the timeline. This has potential to fill a need for mobile notations and feedback.
