My identity doesn’t change. I thought it was because of Korean regulations but the app that I’m using to replace this still hasn’t asked for it except for the first time. ### 1/5 — Predatory *2025-11-28, version 3.10.12* Money gets held for days on end then they call bullying you to give me them all your most personal and private information. Then when you ask for your remittance back because you are not willing to share your most private financial information, like details of your salary and bank accounts, they refuse to return the service fee to you. Even expedited transfer takers more than 24 hours. No updates, no estimated time, nothing. Customer service is honestly not helpful at all, hard to reach, slow in response. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other service. When you actually need the money to arrive on time, they’re useless.
