## What is Wired?

Wired is a gentle habit tracker for brains that don't run on willpower.

No streaks to break. No guilt when you miss a day. No cartoon pet guilt-tripping you. Just a calm, grown-up space to build the routines you want - at your own pace.

Built with ADHD and neurodivergent minds in mind:
- Track habits without pressure. Miss a day? Nothing breaks. Pick up whenever you're ready
- A built-in dopamine menu. Choose a small, pre-set reward when a task is done - so finishing feels good
- A calm focus timer. Gentle start, gentle finish, with a reward waiting after
- Flexible scheduling. Every day, certain days, or just a few times a week - whatever fits your life
- A gentle look back. See your rhythm over time instead of a streak you're afraid to lose
- Your month in review. A soft, no-scores recap of how things actually went

Wired is quiet on purpose. No noise, no shame, no endless notifications - just a warm place to keep showing up for yourself.

Start with one tiny habit. See where it goes.
