Can’t sign into app it displays a white screen or pops up no connection! It was working fine and totally went out . I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still nothing

**Developer response:** We are sorry you have had a negative experience with our app. We've recently updated the app to address issues that existed in the previous version (5.5). If you would like to give our app another try, Version 6.0 is now available for download.
