This has happened before and was rectified so it’s disappointing it’s happened again after a few months. Can’t listen to music on any of the 4 speakers we own. Contacted Samsung, who say we need to contact the app 12:10 pm MultiRoom app is not recognising log in details for Deezer account nor music stored on iPhone. App reinstalled a number of times and no difference ### 1/5 — Standortdaten erforderlich - inakzeptabel !!! *2020-04-21, version 4145* Wenn die Ortungsdienste ausgeschaltet sind verweigert die App (Version 4145) den Dienst oder stürzt ab. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel !!!! Standortdaten sind zur Bedienung einer Soundbar nicht erforderlich und ein massiver Einschnitt in die Privatsphäre. Früher ging es auch ohne. Bitte dringend nachbessern und die Standortdatenerfassung entfernen! Zum Glück konnte ich erfolgreich zur Version 4132 zurückgehen, die auch ohne Ortung funktioniert. J’aimerais pouvoir en dire autant de l’appli Multiroom… Sur iPhone ça marche à peu près (on accède au principal) mais sur iPad c’est une cata, venant de Samsung c’est une honte. Ça veut jouer dans la cour des grands mais une fois la vente faite ça abandonne ses clients. C’était pareil avec mes téléphones (S7 entre autres) de la marque, niveau mise à jour faut être très très patient. This is the message you get when trying to login to your Amazon Music Prime Unlimited. This makes you unable to stream your Amazon Music over WiFi to the R1 speaker. Called support and they basically reset everything from my router, iPad, App and R1 speaker ! it still failed to work ! An hour wasted dealing with someone who was basically using a script and would not admit it was an app software problem. Will Samsung remedy this ? We shall see. To produce a great concept and then not have decent software is unbelievable as this can only hurt Samsung's reputation and future sales. I resolved this issue by using an Android tablet and here I was able to login to Amazon Prime unlimited and successfully stream it over wifi. It would appear the iOS app is faulty 😳.
