It kept getting stuck on the first transfer I tried. The process works as you have outlined it if it’s followed exactly. My concern is that this process can be complicated for persons whom aren’t tech geeks or have much technology experience. Please make it process somewhat more automated without having to type back and forth between devices. We are in an era of technology that should make things more easier and less complicated. Please look into making the app and process more user friendly as those who want to use them have to go into pocket. This one is fast and easy. Once in a while it stops but when I restart it tells me that I can skip however many are already transferred. I think it hangs up once in a while on a video but not a big deal. I will sometimes make an album of the photos I want to transfer and that goes nicely.
