On opening the app & displaying the Tag list, it shows when the Tag was last updated. On going into the Tag & using the Updated option to Update Now, on returning to the Tag View the last Update Time has NOT refreshed, but the Temperature has! Following the most recent update when swiping to the trends screen causes the iOS app to freeze on a blank screen. Closing the app does not reset. App must be deleted and reinstalled. Overall this is a robust app that has evolved well since 2012, Look forward to the developers fixing this bug. I plan to add more in the future. ### 5/5 — Solid Hardware *2020-05-19, version 3.2.11* The sensors have needed little maintenance. I keep a pile of batteries just in case. Using them to track the heat cycles of an old steam heating system. My only wish would be for better integrations - HomeKit would be great to then control fans and a/c depending on the temperature. Otherwise I’m happy! Light sensor will not change from 30 second update. Doesnt seem to be any way to actually force the sensors to report at and only at the intervals i want them to. “Turning off” things like temp or humidity doesn't actually turn it off. Not very many kumo apps to choose from. Especially light sensor related. Iv searched everywhere for help on writing my own but so far can not find anything close to any kind of tutorial or anything showing even basic commands or how to use them. Tried using a java checker but even working apps throw errors as far as normal java is concerned i guess. So im not sure how to go about learning. I am making due and getting done basically what i need done, but with help of manual timers in conjunction with this system. Sadly developer tends to ignore Mac/iOS capabilities so the experience is a very clunky. However I do appreciate the ability to track the data and access to the raw data, something HomeKit fails to do miserably. I’ve been a user for more than 10 years. ### 1/5 — the service has gone down hill *2022-08-13, version 4.4.8* I've had a couple of issues with their cloud going off-line recently: they have a support portal via their website but they never reply if you ask them something. They never give any explanations when their system stops working... it makes me feel very uneasy . ### 1/5 — Good sensors, bad app and rude customer service *2021-05-14, version 4.3.1* App features are poorly laid out. Moreover some features are not reliable; for example, pausing critical alerts permanently disabled all alerts across our company’s users accounts. Customer service is so unbearably rude that I’m somewhat amazed the business is still up and running. ### 1/5 — Notifications not working anymore *2021-03-26, version 4.2.22* 🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Out of range alert does not work *2019-06-19, version 3.0.12* I set the alert using the settings cog, set it to email and push notify, but i got no alert and my dog escaped and once again had to find him at a neighbor’s house. ### 1/5 — Non-existent support - avoid *2017-08-08, version 2.10.5* I purchased this product and had high hopes for it. When I received it there was a problem. The label on the receiver ripped rendering the serial number unreadable. Without the serial number you can't use the device. The serial number isn't written anywhere else (not on the box, not on the manual, not on the registration card, not in the email). For something as important, you would think it would appear in more than one place! This problem is compounded by the fact that when I called them (during business hours) I got a recording saying it was after business hours. I called again the next day, earlier, and was told nobody was available and to fill out a support ticket online. The problem… the website won't let me create a support ticket! I sent two emails to customer service (which the phone recording said would be responded to within one business day). So far I've heard nothing! In short, a worthless product and nonexistent support. All you need is for someone to accidentally switch off a freezer or leave it ajar and we lose hundreds of dollars worth or product. The sensors have warned me and saved the day. The refrigeration engineers love the graphs so they can see where the defrost cycles are and how warm the freezer gets. Well worth the investment- we have been using them for 4 years. ### 5/5 — Great product *2021-10-19, version 4.4.4* I installed a wireless sensor tag on my wood boiler and it works great especially when we go ice fishing for a long weekend. They provide me with the remote access to temperature humidity status. The app is simple and quite functional and interfaces with my WEMO and Nest devices. Great Application. Only negative is battery usage… ### 5/5 — Great Functionality - Fridge Temperature Monitoring *2021-07-10, version 4.3.11* With a child that requires refrigerated medicine for his condition, we needed something to monitor refrigerator temperature and notify us if out of specified range. (We lost 2 doses of medicine due to refrigerator issue and also power outage while we were away). This product constantly and accurately reports temp and also reports if it cannot communicate with wireless router via text, app notification, email, etc. Other functionality is available but we use as noted above as primary purpose. ### 5/5 — Geeky interface but awesome product… *2021-05-15, version 4.3.3* Reported app issue with update and was fixed within a few hours!
