### 1/5 — Does not currently work with new iPhones

Purchased 3 years ago worked fine. Got a new IPhone and app no longer connect. Support says Apple hasn’t approved their updated app to support the new phones yet… last update was WELL over a year ago. Now I have to carry an older iPad around and my phone and probe. Defeats the purpose.

**Developer response:** This is due to the modification of Wi Fi protocol support in the new version of iPhone/iPad. We provided feedback to Apple last year, but they did not provide a solution. We suggest that you return the probe to the factory to update the firmware.

The $2000 ultrasound probe does not function with this app on iphone or ipad.  No one answers the listed phone number to help troubleshoot.  The website describes a 60 day return policy, but the company has not responded to multiple email requests to initiate a return.

This app is a complete fraud, the ultrasound does not work with new Apple devices. This company is committing theft and fraud unless they change this.
