Designed to make everything very difficult & support unhelpful. Then when they successful dissuade you from being active they drain any balances you have for being “inactive” when they created the barriers to being active in the first place. App is buggy as hell, customer service and self help is endless doom loops. But then the gas fee is crazy. I’m only withdrawing $50 but then the gas fee is $15. Are you kidding me? Such a terrible platform. Basically ripping you off. They’ve never allowed me to make a withdrawal. They will try to palm you off by saying that they are working on technical issues. It’s been going on for months. They will only let you withdraw crypto, but your cash will never be returned.
