This app is another example of Wirral council not doing a proper job. Get the app finished Wirral, it’s not rocket science, it’s doing something to keep residents happy!

This app is poorly optimised for mobile and half the features you can’t even use! 

I just downloaded it to save myself logging in on a browser and it says my preferred leisure centre is unavailable and doesn’t even offer anywhere to sign in when you click account. All it says is “you are not signed in” with no solution or link to sign in…

Fix your app.

Can’t even log in ! All sites are off line. Literally can’t do a thing with this app. Oh, wait, you can read legal information. Very very poor

The app doesn’t offer me any functionality in relation to the leisure centre I want to use, and when I try to add the two others I might use to “My gyms”, the link on both leads to a page saying, “[This centre] is not online.”

How useless is that? I mean, it’s all very well making an app that you can book sessions with, but if it has effectively zero functionality, why would I bother even having it on my phone?

Just don’t bother with it, is my advice.

It’s just the website enclosed in an app and it spams you Black Friday deals instead of useful information like “The pool is closed this week.”

The app is good for booking but when it comes to finding them not all of them show or the incorrect time shows up under my bookings we'll it has for me on my Europa pool classes
