Are the articles written by journalism students? It sure seems so, and not in a good way. Articles are frequently inaccurate or incomplete. Stats used are often wrong, final scores are sometimes completely omitted (!!!) from the article and occasionally statements are made that make me wonder if the writer even saw the game. To the writers and editor - raise the bar. This isn’t good enough. ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2026-03-04* It’s unfortunate such a stellar university can’t have a better app for athletics. The schedule feature is only useful if you are looking at a specific date. It should be really easy to filter by sport and see their schedule but you can’t. Managing tickets isn’t exactly intuitive either. My family is referencing something at 3 pm on Peacock. The app has not shed light on what sport. It’s hard to find the game time for football, and the type size is TOO SMALL. Not even the name of the sport is clear on this app. ### 2/5 — STILL needs work *2025-03-14* Scrolling is clumsy, where you can’t stop where you want. Page does not refresh when prompted. The app on my phone still ‘refreshes’ to the UW/NW B1G Tournament hoops game, when that was yesterday and at the moment they are playing v UCLA. Also doesn’t refresh consistently even if you haven’t been on it in awhile. Reporters submit articles that omit important facts about the game, and too often actually get some facts wrong. Also impossible to get back to the app Home page after viewing game stats in an article link. And since the app doesn’t refresh well when prompted, I actually have to shut down my phone and restart it to sever the connection, re-establish the connection, to get back to the Home Screen. I also occasionally do this just to refresh the screen so I can read new articles. Taking off a star in the app rating because these issues have still been ignored. Also, for YEARS now, I have not been able to renew season tickets through the mobile app. I’ve tried every year, and every year it says it cannot process my order, to check my info and to try again later. I call and renew my tickets, using the exact same info listed on the mobile app, and my order is successful every time. That means that the app is screwed up. FIX. THE. APP. ### 2/5 — Some better some worse *2025-02-28* App updates for ticketing is great. Ability to search schedules by particular sports or teams very difficult. Also, when trying to listen to the action, clicking the button appears is actually to close the app. Seriously, this is a huge disappointment. Are there different levels of security to my account, and how many times must I sign in before I finally reach the ‘Top Secret’ level of my own account? It’s very cumbersome and extremely annoying. It makes me not want to ever use this app. If I’ve signed in once, I’M SIGNED IN. Actually, it was on Saturday. Sigh… SO, Saturday morning, I looked for the scores and found no score. I naturally figured you guys were wrong as you are so often. That was the case. So I saw that your site said Saturday’s game(s) started at 4pm. So I go to the stadium, Goodman Diamond, just before 4pm to catch one, maybe 2 games. When I arrived, I saw the game was in the bottom of the 6th inning already. What. The. HELL?! Turns out, not only was the game already going on, but that was the end of the SECOND GAME. I missed the whole damn doubleheader because you idiots can’t even get game times right!
