I am not sure when cards are in protection in the app. They are stated clearly on her website. Initially when I pull a card it comes out upright but when I go to check my saved readings I see it in protection. Can someone explain to me please. The cards are beautiful but improvements can be made in-terms of being able to type out fully what the question was asked instead of having to save short sentences over and over again or even better space to write down all your thoughts. This is not just collets app but all the apps I have from Hayhouse have the same issue even discontinued after I bought them and lost everything that was saved with no access. It would be best if this can be added so that our thoughts are all in one place rather than having to save things in notes or somewhere else and better clarity of protection cards. ### 3/5 — Wish I could undo the update!! *2022-11-19, version 2.5.3* I used to adore this deck, it was my go to for years. Unfortunately the recent update, with changes to some of the cards, is less good for me to use. The shuffle function is clunky now and nowhere near as smooth as it was. The reverse meanings don’t come up automatically when you get the reverse card, so you have to scroll right down to read them. And some of the images I preferred in the old version. I wish I could undo the update and have the original again. My usage has dropped right off because of the update, I’m so sad about it. Please let me know if I can get hold of the original version again please! ### 2/5 — Beauty Everywhere Ruined These Cards *2022-09-10, version 2.5.3* The artwork used to be a lot more understated, interesting, and tasteful. Beauty Forever made it childish, glittery, and cliché. On a technical note, the reversals don’t show up properly. Also, sometimes the cards freeze and you can’t get out without quitting altogether. The older version of this app was far better. What a shame. Why did you change the display and way cards are pulled and display? Even the font is unattractive. It’s like techs have nothing to do but “change”. This newer version is the worst. And it’s ugly. Awkward selecting cards and a delay in flip over to read. I have all the latest iOS updates on the latest iPhone and iPad and they don’t work on either. I’ve reinstalled them and still nothing works. One change I would make in the app is to allow more room for notes. Also when loading a previous reading it should be easier to go back and forth between readings. Currently you can find a previous reading but then have to exit, go back to “load” to find another one. I have the deck in digital and physical versions, but making it animated for the digital version is just brilliant and adds to the experience. I’ll be honest, I’m not a fan of digital decks because I love the physical feel of the cards and I didn’t see the benefit of the digital when it was exactly like the physical deck; but the animated version has made me love the digital deck just as much when I’m on the road. ### 5/5 — Love all CBR’s oracle cards *2024-03-13, version 2.5.3* While the updated decks kept the beautiful artwork, the backgrounds are lighter and with white text it makes it harder to read.
