### 4/5 — Good app but add more

*2022-01-18, version 3.2*

It’s a great app I have a daughter with anxiety she loves 😍it it helps her a lot with coming down but she finishes the chapters very Quickly and then she gets bored so I tell her she can do it again but it’s helping less now please add more! Over all it’s a good app

### 5/5 — amazing!

*2020-05-01, version 2.0*

This app is awesome for my kids and they also enjoy using it, I see a difference in their behaviour and I think it is truly impacting them.

### 5/5 — Fantastic tool for my kids!

*2020-05-01, version 2.0*

This is such a great game for helping my kids to understand about emotions and social resilience! I can only recommend it to anyone with young kids.

### 5/5 — My daughter loves this game

*2020-05-01, version 2.0*

My daughter loves helping the angry citizens calm down 🐳. Her favorite AR game is the breathing with Wisdom 🌬🌬!
I would have loved to play this game as a child, would have saved me time and effort understanding my emotions 🧘🏽‍♀️

### 5/5 — Great on-the-go and at-home game

*2020-05-01, version 2.0*

Love the AR features - some free, to help kids calm down and meditate with fun breathing exercises. Perfect for the 5 minutes you have and need for calming down the little one. Great game features that make learning about anger fun. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Fun journey for kids

*2020-04-30, version 2.0*

Really enjoyed the AR features of this game that allow kids to center themselves! The superpowers are smart strategies that kids can transfer into their own lives when they have big feelings.

### 5/5 — Great SEL game for kids!

*2020-04-30, version 2.0*

I’ve tried this app with my early elementary students and the kids of friends... They love it! The game is really engaging, and kids learn important SEL skills by completing mini-games throughout. I think it’ll definitely help them learn to manage their emotions and resolve conflicts peacefully. Plus, the calming augmented reality activities are very cool (and I think one is free even if you don’t pay to create an account). Definitely a must while we’re all at home trying to find meaningful activities for kids and students!!

### 5/5 — Amazing 🧞‍♂️

*2020-04-30, version 2.0*

My daughters love it already!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Free not free

*2023-09-24, version 3.10*

Not good but good art but not free no no no

### 1/5 — Expensive and boring

*2022-04-27, version 3.5*

Looks good. That’s about all I can say good about it.

Claims to be an “adventure game” but more like a tutorial laced with terms most adults don’t know, let alone a small child. If you try and introduce it as a “game” you’ll find your child disappointed.

The one “game” aspect my child tried caused frustration because the “angry voice” they are supposed to identify doesn’t sound even mildly perturbed.

Based on the cost it seems aimed at schools rather that individuals.

### 1/5 — Love the idea but it doesn’t work well. Makes you angry.

*2020-05-23, version 2.0.3*

It’s such lovely art and a beautiful idea but it’s hard to connect which coping mechanisms should be used for anger and hard and annoying to have to go back and earn the right ones. We still haven’t gotten all the super powers after hours of trying to play and figure it out. Hopefully they’ll update with the reviews they’ve gotten online. I love love love the concept but it’s too much frustration to pay for until they’ve worked out the glitches.

### 1/5 — Can't setup an account

*2020-04-27, version 1.0.8*

Unfortunately, there is no way to setup an account. Even on the developers website you have to submit an email, and I can't tell if it will ever be set up. This app appears to have been abandoned. 🙁

### 1/5 — Must register to use

*2019-05-28, version 1.0.8*

You can’t do anything in this app without first registering your details. ☹️

### 1/5 — No good!

*2018-09-13, version 1.0.8*

I give this app zero stars, it shows one star but only because it made me. After downloading app, I tried to play the game. It only gave the option to login, no sign up or create an account. Disappointed

### 1/5 — Can’t even open

*2018-06-26, version 1.0.8*

I downloaded this app because it sounded great, but had troubles upon opening it. There isn’t an option to register, just a login. How is a new user supposed to register? It said to contact “better kids” yet gave no instructions on how to do that. Don’t waste your data on this one

### 3/5 — Wonderful idea

*2021-11-18, version 3.0*

Take it from an Early Childhood teacher. This is a fine idea. Unfortunately, the app is extremely expensive.

### 4/5 — Looks great, please add lifetime purchase options

*2023-12-25, version 4.4*

This looks like a great program, and there is enough included for free to really get a feel for it, so thank you for allowing that. Two things are holding me back from purchasing to use with my students 1) The narrator’s voice is too kid-like for some of my older students who would otherwise benefit from the messages and 2) this app is subscription-based and I do not agree with purchasing apps that simply give me access to the same content I already had, for additional money each year. I want to pay once, and that do what I please with the content I have purchased. Please create a lifetime purchase option, or even better, offer the ability to unlock and purchase individual activities, for life. That way I can pick and choose which activities are most relevant.

### 4/5 — Great application for Socio-emotional learning of children!

*2022-03-05, version 3.3*

This application is the perfect way to help children deal with emotions like anger and fear. They learn coping strategies and the augmented reality breathing exercises and meditations help them relax.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Must try! My kids love the play & learn features!

*2023-01-25, version 3.9*

Brilliantly designed & kid friendly! This is a game not only for my children, but a learning tool for me! I have a daughter recently diagnosed with ADHD and another with ADD and this app has been a new part of our routine to encourage "healthy feelings" and improve our language of emotions as a family.

### 5/5 — Students will love playing with Wisdom!

*2022-01-26, version 3.2*

Wisdom takes students on an engaging, attention-grabbing journey as they practice recognizing and regulating their emotions. The in-app activities and treasure trove of valuable educator resources go hand in hand to provide students a fun and educational SEL experience. Over all, the program is flexible and easy to implement!

J’adore

### 5/5 — Magnifique en Francois

*2020-11-11, version 2.2.2*

...and in English, too.

### 5/5 — Great game especially now.

*2020-10-03, version 2.1.2*

My preschool aged son loves this game and asks for it specifically during his (limited!) allowed game time. He is starting to really understand how to use his superpowers to deal with anger.... and roars now when he is upset which is so much better than the alternative. During these difficult times when social interaction have been limited, and emotions high, Wisdom has been a saving grace. The design is beautiful too! Really enjoying the new AR features.

### 5/5 — If you don’t have this app and you have a kid, download it!

*2020-10-01, version 2.1.2*

I love this app and have been recommending it to all my friends with young children. Spending so much time inside has meant increased screen time but at least with this app I see that my child is engaged, learning and can use the interface easily on her own. Love it!

### 5/5 — Makes it fun for children to navigate through their feelings!

*2020-05-07, version 2.0*

This game-based SEL app is fun, practical, and magical!

The app teaches children how to recognize and manage difficult emotions like anger. The engaging adventure-like plot, instant feedback, and repetition all makes it very engaging for children.

The AR feature is a wonderfully meditative and magical experience. There are three different experiences all aimed to make it fun and rewarding to breathe slowly and wait for the storm of emotion to calm down. My favorite one helps kids visualize their breaths. I’m not a kid anymore but I love it nonetheless!

Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2020-05-03, version 2.0*

This app brilliantly teaches young children to manage their emotions in more effective ways. I would 100% recommend it to any parents of young children!
