## What is WisdomGPS?

This app is for the delivery drivers of Restaurant Delivery Services using WISDOM Restaurant Delivery Service Software.  The driver can launch the app on their iPhone or iPad and it will run in the background periodically transmitting real-time GPS location to WISDOM.  In addition, the app provides real time chat and order status update capability with the dispatcher, and optional background audio that will loop until an order is noticed.

In order to improve battery life, the app does not constantly require GPS to be on, rather after it obtains a location it turns the GPS antenna off for 20 seconds before attempting to get the next update.  However, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Been using this for my job for years now and there are constant issues. The app also doesn’t make noise or notify me either unless I constantly hit refresh as well. On top of that when I do receive an order or message 9/10 the app closes itself out and reopens which constantly causes frustrations while driving.

As a person who uses this on a daily basis, it is very buggy. Please update the software because the app crashes anytime I get an order or anything like that any message and it makes it very difficult to do my job every day.

This app says you must have location on all the time. I got a notification that it was using my background location for three days. No, you don’t get to know my location at all times. It’s none of your business where I am when I’m not working. It probably means they’re collecting data and selling it. Y’all are a joke. Don’t develop any other apps.

When I get an order and the sound notification comes through it crashes the app and if I am listening to something through my phone like music it crashes that as well. My location has not been working for about 6 months and I can’t find a fix for it. If you are a business owner do not use this app.

This app is obnoxious and I wish my company didn’t use it. I constantly have to refresh to get notifications, which is dangerous while driving. It crashes CONSTANTLY! Every time I get an order, I have to restart Spotify to make my music start again. It’s glitchy and horrible.

In order to see new correspondences from dispatch I need to refresh, in order to see incoming orders I need to refresh. The app used to alert me when orders and messages came through(by crashing half the time, but at least it was something), now I have no idea when I have new orders coming in.

If I could give zero stars, I would.  This app is in serious need of updates. The app consistently shuts down and disappears when receiving an order from dispatch, a text message from dispatch, and various other reasons. It’s frustrating using this app while working because of all of the serious flaws.  Please update and fix this app.

I have my notifications on at all times and I have to constantly press the refresh button to see if I have any orders. The first day I used it the orders would pop up and make a sound to notify me and now they never do. It’s inconvenient and dangerous to have to constantly look at my phone and press the refresh button when I trying to deliver an order.
