Please update the software because the app crashes anytime I get an order or anything like that any message and it makes it very difficult to do my job every day. ### 2/5 — Notifications *2022-03-08* I have my notifications on at all times and I have to constantly press the refresh button to see if I have any orders. The first day I used it the orders would pop up and make a sound to notify me and now they never do. It’s inconvenient and dangerous to have to constantly look at my phone and press the refresh button when I trying to deliver an order. ### 2/5 — Needs Fixing *2022-02-25* Just did my first shift as a delivery driver using this app. This app crashes just about every time something changes or is sent by dispatch. If you constantly restart the app though, and spam the refresh button, it *does* function albeit barely. This should also track your miles & gas usage so you can write that off. ### 2/5 — It’s no good *2021-07-05, version 3.0.12* Constantly crashing, notif noise will blow out your eardrums, and every time it refreshes it completely quits out of anything you were listening to ### 1/5 — Grubsouth shouldn’t use this *2021-06-11, version 3.0.12* This app is hot garbage. It looks like a 2002 html website. It navigates like it too. It also randomly crashes. I use it for my job and I’m begging my boss to change the app we use. The alert sound is the loudest ring and you can’t change it. I lose HOURS because I can’t log in, it won’t even open. This is slowing down business for delivery drivers! ### 1/5 — Having an issue *2020-11-13* I just went from iPhone X to an 11 pro and my app hasn’t been working well since then. Once an order is completed I have to hit “refresh” each time to see if I have another order. Also, if dispatch updates me on anything I don’t get a notification or alert. I have to constantly hit refresh to see if they’ve said anything to me. ### 2/5 — I’m going deaf *2020-07-23* Dude. The alert sound is painfully loud. It needs to come down at least 6 decibels. I can only use this app with my phone silenced because even when my radio is at a low to medium volume, the alert is something in the range of jarring to actually physically painful. I have an iPhone XR and it’s soooo frustrating! ### 1/5 — Using in app voice to text doesn’t allow for a full sentence *2020-02-28* Tried using the voice to text function in this app and it’s the only app that cuts me off and doesn’t allow me to speak a full sentence and moves the cursor to the beginning every time fix please ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashes and never loads right *2025-01-04* Been using this for my job for years now and there are constant issues. The app also doesn’t make noise or notify me either unless I constantly hit refresh as well. On top of that when I do receive an order or message 9/10 the app closes itself out and reopens which constantly causes frustrations while driving. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t notify of new orders at all *2024-12-20, version 3.0.12* Nothing is notified anymore. Not dispatchers messages, new orders, nothing. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — Location *2023-12-14* This app says you must have location on all the time. I got a notification that it was using my background location for three days. No, you don’t get to know my location at all times. It’s none of your business where I am when I’m not working. It probably means they’re collecting data and selling it. Y’all are a joke. Don’t develop any other apps. ### 1/5 — Crap app in general *2023-03-05* When I get an order and the sound notification comes through it crashes the app and if I am listening to something through my phone like music it crashes that as well. My location has not been working for about 6 months and I can’t find a fix for it. If you are a business owner do not use this app. ### 1/5 — ugh *2022-09-19, version 3.0.12* This app is obnoxious and I wish my company didn’t use it. I constantly have to refresh to get notifications, which is dangerous while driving. It crashes CONSTANTLY! Every time I get an order, I have to restart Spotify to make my music start again. It’s glitchy and horrible. ### 1/5 — Need to constantly hit refresh *2022-06-09* In order to see new correspondences from dispatch I need to refresh, in order to see incoming orders I need to refresh. The app used to alert me when orders and messages came through(by crashing half the time, but at least it was something), now I have no idea when I have new orders coming in. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-03-21* If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is in serious need of updates. The app consistently shuts down and disappears when receiving an order from dispatch, a text message from dispatch, and various other reasons. It’s frustrating using this app while working because of all of the serious flaws. Please update and fix this app. ### 1/5 — Nonsense *2021-12-19* The app notifications are still crashing through the iOS native “do not disturb” setting. You have not updated this app in two years. You have not responded to a single review here. The sound is terrible and extremely loud, which I cannot change. The app quits on a regular basis just when I try to use it. There is literally nothing good I can say about this app and I only use it because I have no other choice. Everything about it is shameful. But you have a captive audience, so I guess you don’t have to change a single thing or respond to anyone or take anyone seriously. Worst app I have ever downloaded, and I am not remotely exaggerating. ### 1/5 — Update and Stop Ignoring Everyone’s Requests *2021-09-16* I’m having the same issue as everyone else where the app isn’t being updated and now I’m having to refresh the app just to see order notifications or stuff in the chat box from dispatchers. You need to make it compatible with the new iOS. It also makes me continually restart my app due to “not mapping.” And it’s not communicating status updates to my supervisor like it’s supposed to. Thankfully the updates to this app are comprehensive and include all cool features you would want to find. GPS function! Call the custy function! Night mode is cool too! For some reason it always pauses my Spotify but that’s fixed with a press of play! The notifications for this app are so frequent you’ll often start to dream of them. Easy user interface and intuitive. Works great with  CarPlay when using GPS through app. Plays right on my screen. I do use this app daily, and there are some glitches that need attention. I can no longer call my customer from the app to get accurate location, and sometimes the app will error out. Please fix.
