High way robbery
If I could give this app a 0 star I would. I elected the 7 day free trial. I went through the process of answering all the questions and no personalized plan was provided. When I went to cancel the subscription I found out they had charged me for an annual subscription within an hour of my selecting the 7 day free trial. I requested a refund from Apple and was told I didn’t qualify for a refund. I filed an appeal detailing how I how only selected the 7 day trial and cancelled it within an hour and was not provided with the service it claimed to provide and was still denied. So I can’t opine on the service as it was never provided and on top of it I was robbed of money I can’t afford as I am disabled. I was hopeful this app would provide help I need only to be provided stress and take money I was sacrificing for help instead was legally robbed. BE WARE!!!
