### 1/5 — Terrible experience! Refuse to provide refund! Beware!

I booked a rental car through the app. When I got to the airport, the car I had booked and prepaid for wasn’t available. We waited for 2-3 hours for someone to rerun a car and felt fortunate to get a car before the airport closed. We thought we were going to be stranded because Wise Car reservations apparently don’t hold a specific car for you. The car we ended up getting, however, was roughly $400 less expensive than the one we had already paid for (a compact car vs SUV). I asked Wise Cars for a refund for the difference but am yet to get any money back. I’ve been emailing for months with little-to-no response. It’s very disappointing and very poor customer service. We would highly recommend using a more reputable company. We would never book through them again.

Had my first car canceled because THEIR system received it late. Tried to reorder another one which had been hundreds of dollars more. Had to fix that last booking because they put in the wrong dates.

I‘ve used Wisecars in 2021 to rent a car in Phoenix, Arizona. Everything worked absolute seamlessly. I even had to cancel one booking due to a change of date which worked without any problems. I just booked a rental car thorough Wisecars again for our 2022 summer vacation. They are not only competitively priced, but are extremely professional and I can highly recommend them.
