The cost of these add-ons can be many multiples of the subscription cost. Take care! **Developer response:** Hi there, We are sorry to hear about your frustration, but it appears there may be a case of mistaken identity. We are Wisely: Books in 15 Min, a book summary app. We do not offer expensive "add-ons" during onboarding; we simply offer standard subscriptions (Annual or Monthly) which are processed entirely by Apple, not us. Consequently, we cannot "refuse" a refund because we do not handle the transactions—Apple does. We have seen cases where users confuse us with an app named "Wisey" (an ADHD app). To resolve this: 1. Please check your Apple ID > Subscriptions. If the charge is indeed from Wisely (our app), you can request a refund directly through Apple, and it will be granted per their policy. 2.
