My cameras want let you view them from your phone it keep saying you are offline! The system initially worked great 2 years in the app doesn’t work, I keep having to delete and reinstall but still doesn’t work on my iPhone 8+ or iPhone 11. I have younger kids that we are try to groom to be more responsible by giving them small liberties but we can’t do that because we are unable to use our apps to insure they are safe outside as well as monitor our cup de sac for safety and other incidents that may occur. So if at all possible contact me let’s resolve it or get it replaced. Thanks I bought it at SAMS and they say it’s a manufacturer issue they just sell them. I have crisp clear pictures and I am able to adjust the cameras to zoom in and out without any issues. I almost didn’t but the system because of the reviews on not being able to adjust the cameras when mounted because they were sent mounted upside down from the factory but all you have to do is rotate the camera before you mount it. This system is very user friendly if you take time to read and understand the functions. ### 5/5 — Great product! *2018-11-08* Love this product!!! I don’t know how people have any issues with it .
