Thank you! Old review: The latest update on this has completely ruined the ability to accurately scroll through different times throughout the day. Each time you go to a date it now jumps forward an hour or two automatically. Please fix this. ### 3/5 — Time tracking issue *2026-06-14* I’ve confirmed the time on the recording unit is accurate proper daylight savings period. The video on the app is displayed accurately when in live view but when searching using the time bar, the replay is always one hour later than what I selected. ### 2/5 — Lags or just doesn’t work *2026-02-22, version 2.07.08* This app needs an update. Last one was two years ago. Allow half an hour to access footage. The areas monitored sit there black screened whole play button does nothing. Sometimes it works well. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-01-11, version 2.07.08* I used to use an for my Wi-Fi camera that was fantastic. The app worked flawlessly on 6 cameras that cost less than $50 each. Wisent’s app that I use for my Hanwha Ethernet Cameras crashes numerous time a day. Simple uploading from their QR code from on top of my NVR is a nightmare. When ADT came out and tried to manually enter the information to my device, it took them several failed attempts to synch it. When I asked the technician how he got it to work, he shrugged his shoulders and said “I have no idea”. The Apple devices that I have are 11 & 17. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-01-04, version 2.07.08* The app doesn't work anymore. It won't load the cameras. Every time I open the app I just hope it might work. No point in having it. ### 1/5 — No proper support for iOS *2025-12-05, version 2.07.08* I was setting up an NVR for a client, and discovered that iOS users have to disable “Private Wi-Fi Address” in the WiFi network settings to get cameras to load on both local and remote wifi networks. This occurred on two different iPhones (16 Pro Max, and 17 pro). One client, with an android, had no issues connecting. I called Hanwha support, who was no help resolving the issue and didn’t know anything about iPhones having this issue. Even after getting the app to work, I was not pleased with the speed of loading cameras. Speco and Unifi have a superior experience. If you are an iOS user, avoid this product until they fix their software issues. ### 1/5 — No notifications *2025-11-13, version 2.07.06* I was told by ADT that my app can’t receive notifications from system I had installed because I need ver 2.07.07. Well there is no 2.07.07 in the App Store. My reason for buying product was to keep an eye on my business. Fix this ### 2/5 — It worked for three minutes *2025-10-16* It worked for three minutes once I finally got it set up and then just decided to stop working and I can see that everything is connected properly. The only thing that’s weird is that the app thinks my iPhone is a version 15 and it is not I have to assume that this is a problem with the app itself. It’s pretty basic stuff there’s so many products out there that can do it. Also the ip doesn't support the device port and rtsp port. Freezes all the time : zoom in, switch between the cameras, change speed of viewing, scroll back, just looking at it causes freezing. In order to use it after closing the app I have to do a hard close and restart. After the last update a couple of weeks ago it got even worse, although I thought it was not possible. Now when I try to view an event I switches one hour forward , and it is not possible to view. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this ADT system, and I think I just have to count my losses and replace this junk with something else. Absolutely do not recommend this app and system. ### 1/5 — Mobile app not working *2026-06-12* This app has been incredibly disappointing. It’s currently disconnected and you can’t do any kind of a check on the system with the mobile app. You have to go to the monitor next to the server. It went down four or five days ago. This morning I found this. It’s brilliant. Loads up screens really fast. Can scroll instantly back and view older recordings, see alerts, play forward and back at numerous speeds. It’s amazing compared to what I was using before. The only thing I can’t seem to do is register the NVR twice so I can access it directly via my home network and via the DDNS, which isn’t the end of the world, but handy when at home and occasionally my internet connection is lost and so I can still see my cams via the LAN.
