If you wish to continue using the app forever it’s your choice though, not for me. Using iPhone 16pro with the latest OS version means nothing. Initially the concept was awesome however they got me as it logs you out of the app and starts charging additional charges to the account. I was able to remove payment options however I paid for a full year and never got the service for it. They ripped me off. Apesar disso, as cobranças continuaram sendo realizadas. Ao longo de quase um ano, troquei inúmeros e-mails com o suporte, segui todas as orientações fornecidas pela empresa, realizei cancelamentos adicionais quando solicitado, removi o aplicativo do celular e verifiquei repetidamente minhas assinaturas. Mesmo assim, as cobranças continuaram ocorrendo. O problema mais grave não é apenas a cobrança em si, mas a aparente falha no controle de assinaturas e cancelamentos. Um usuário não deveria precisar passar meses tentando interromper cobranças após cancelar um período de teste gratuito. Também considero a qualidade do conteúdo e da experiência do aplicativo bastante abaixo do esperado quando comparada a outras alternativas disponíveis no mercado. Minha recomendação é simples: tenha muita cautela antes de instalar este aplicativo. Se você pretende apenas testar o período gratuito, esteja ciente de que minha experiência com o processo de cancelamento foi extremamente problemática e gerou um desgaste desnecessário durante muitos meses.
