The number of times I forget to turn the heating off when leaving the house is getting very expensive, not to mention wasteful and bad for the environment. ### 2/5 — Buggy and awkward *2026-08-02, version 7.5.0* Can’t copy passwords from a password manager when signing up. Pairing process was a joke. Poorly executed. ### 1/5 — Hub disconnecting all the time *2026-07-31, version 7.5.0* Bob getting disconnected all the time for the new EE WiFi network. The 2AX are working flawlessly but having some issues with dimmers and believe with a know issue. The app works really well to onboard switches and for room management. Installed the latest version and now app won’t run. As soon as started it says Jailbroken device detected. Never had a Jailbroken phone and tried everything without success. ### 4/5 — Great Experience - feature request *2026-06-28* Once set up using a Schneider Charge EV charging station (a fancy power socket - the charging smarts: schedule, temperature, energy control, AC/DC inverter etc., are in the car) was fairly easy to work. My only complaint is the timer runs while the cable is plugged in. Start and stop events are not visible so for example charged to 100% in 4 hours running time 17 hours when I unplugged. App knows about start and stop times and can show a histogram but not actual times. For context, I have dozens of other devices which all work fine. And if you’re lucky enough it does connect, then good luck saving any schedule or setting changes… due to connection error.
