I don’t recommend Wise Net; you can’t get anyone anytime of the day seven days a week on the phone. I only got someone on the phone once and no one I mean no one knew what they were doing so I had to figure it out myself. My iPhone 12 and 14 has not been connected to my cameras since February of this year. It keep giving me device failed to connect. Then it would tell me to check perimeter. Can’t get any assistance at all. I have even upgraded my WiFi with my carrier, still don’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled the app same old same old thing. I have replaced the cameras more than I can count. Matter fact every eighteen months. They do not care about their customers. I am not happy point blank. I will be reporting this to the BBB. Update: it is now August 2023, I still haven’t been able to get anyone to assist me with this app. It doesn’t make any sense. I know the company has to see this or these reviews for the customers that are problems with app. Would someone send me the phone number to reach this company, the one in the Quick Start Up Guide is not the answer. Or send a screenshot of the upgraded app if they have one. That’s not a very helpful measure of the quality of the product. I bought a Samsung (now WiseView) Security Camera system from Sam’s over 5 years ago. I installed it myself. Until recently, I worked out of town and left my house empty a great deal of the time. I have 13 cameras around the outside of my home and in my garage. I live on the oceanfront so the cameras are subjected to a harsh salt environment 24/7 (not to mention the occasional hurricane). I won’t say there haven’t been the occasional wrinkle along the way. I’ve had to replace 4 or 5 of the cameras over the years. But overall the product and the app have performed well above my expectations. I use the app from my iPad or iPhone every day. When I am traveling I use it multiple times per day to monitor my home. It has provided much peace of mind over the years. I won’t say it’s perfect. I’m sure it could load a little quicker, or have a little better resolution. But it’s been extremely reliable, worth far in excess of the $600 I paid for the system years ago. I have personally used this app for several years now and NEVER had any issues with it working. I do wish it were a tad bit clearer pics when live. But as far as problems with this? None! 😄 this security system works great and so does the app. I’m satisfied and YOU will be too. I’m sorry to read others had issues. But HONESTLY I have had NONE. I give 5 stars cuz I have been using these cameras for 5 months and they works well. Also the app. My friend say that these cameras suxx and also the could not install the app. Well I am not and expert in computer stuff but yes is a little difficult to find the square QR to link the cameras. But that only happen if you are lazy to read the user manual.
